Rhythm of the Orchestra (7th Grade Concert)

The first free concert for 7th graders in Richmond schools was presented at Civic Hall in  2007. Responding to feedback from area music and art teachers, this concert reaches out to an often-overlooked audience to nurture symphony patrons of tomorrow. "Rhythm of the Orchestra" will focus on rhythm and movement and will feature some well-known selections from popular movies. Some surprises will also be in store for student participants!
