Young Artist Competition

The Young Artist Competition is a performing arts educational experience that can be a life-changing event. This opportunity allows young, talented instrumental and vocal musicians the chance to perform live with the Richmond Symphony Orchestra at the March 8, 2008 season concert. Cash awards are also presented to the first and second place winners.

Competition is open to students in grades 6 through 12. They must reside in Wayne, Randolph, Henry, Fayette, Franklin, or Union counties in Indiana or in Preble, Darke, or Butler counties in Ohio.

Entry forms, fees and audition tapes must be received in the RSO office by no later than 4:00 pm on Wednesday, January 9, 2008.
