Young Artist Competition
The Young Artist Competition is a performing arts educational experience that can be a life-changing event. This opportunity allows young, talented instrumental and vocal musicians the chance to perform live with the Richmond Symphony Orchestra at the April 23, 2011 season concert. Cash awards are also presented to the first and second place winners.
This year's contest will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, October 24, 2010 in Civic Hall Performing Arts Center. The competition is open to students in grades 6 through 12. They must reside in Wayne, Randolph, Henry, Fayette, Franklin, or Union counties in Indiana or in Preble, Darke, or Butler counties in Ohio.

Entry forms, fees and audition recordings must be received in the RSO office by no later than 4:00 pm on Friday, October 8, 2010.
