Location & Directions from MuncieTake US 35 south to Richmond; this road becomes Williamsburg Pike in Richmond. Continue south on Williamsburg Pike to National Road (US 40). Turn left onto National Road and travel east .3 miles to SW 1st Street. Turn right onto SW 1st Street (just before the bridge), move into the right hand lane immediately; blend into Hub Etchison Parkway at the median. Continue south .4 miles to the horseshoe drive on the right at Civic Hall Performing Arts Center. Free parking is available along Hub Etchison Parkway and in lots across from the Center. |
