Follow US 40 .8 miles to SW 1st Street; (US 40 is one-way around the business district and over a bridge). Turn left on SW 1st Street and move into the right hand lane immediately; blend into Hub Etchison Parkway at the median. Continue south .4 miles to the horseshoe drive on the right at Civic Hall Performing Arts Center. Free parking is available along Hub Etchison Parkway and in lots across from the Center. |
